Refund & Cancellation Policy
This is a Non-Refundable Package – once booked and confirmed, cancellations will not be refunded.
In the event of cancellation by Lavisa Travel & Tourism (rare and unforeseen circumstances), an alternative tour will be offered. If not feasible, a full refund will be provided.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Lavisa Travel & Tourism will assist with rescheduling or itinerary modifications. Refunds will be case-based.
Flight cancellations or changes are subject to airline policies – Lavisa Travel & Tourism is not responsible for airline-related refunds.
Visa & Entry Requirements
Visa-free entry to Georgia is available for certain nationalities under specific conditions (e.g., valid UAE/GCC residency permit or multiple-entry visa valid for at least 1 year).
Citizens of select countries (e.g., Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, etc.) must hold valid GCC residence permits or multiple-entry visas to be eligible for visa-free entry.
If not GCC residents, travelers must apply for an E-Visa online (applicable for Indian nationals as well).
